Love Labor Project stands with caregivers.

Black Lives Matter. AAPI Lives Matter. Trans Lives Matter.

Love Labor Project and Our Turn 2 Care are saddened by the mistreatment, abuse, and systemic oppression of communities of color and queer communities. We know that adults 20-40 are the most diverse generation yet, and we stand with our fellow caregivers - we see you, and we are here for you.

We provide support to young adults 20-40 who have a parent with a serious, chronic, and/or terminal illness.

Our needs are unique, and the support available to us should be too.

Young adults are looking for:

  • support groups specific to our experience.

  • social connections with other young adults.

  • educational opportunities that could help us on this journey.

SUPPORT + CONNECTION + EDUCATION

I am excited about this project because nobody ‘just knows’ how to be an advocate in the health care world, manage a new job or life changes and a sick parent, drive decisions on estate planning, find emotional, physical, or even financial support, or show up for your parent in a mature way when you’re still figuring out how to live life on your own.
